Some from here are: Reet - It can mean 'hello', 'alright', 'a lot', 'fine', 'goodbye' and a lot of other things. It's in pretty much every conversation at some point. Usually more than once. Nobody except for old people and Lombard nationalists uses them anymore in everyday conversation, but everyone knows what they mean; they're too many to list. "Smrž, pln skvrn, zvlhl z mlh" is a valid sentence in Czech. The same phenomenon occurs even in English (better, saddle, sudden), though in that area, English keeps itself in check.
