try not to think about the fact you have a headache....if you think of something else for a while, the pain gradually subsides..it's not all gone but it does work

i wish

sometimes it's so bad that it hurts when i stand up lol

You're sure it's the weather? Because sometimes the food that we eat may trigger headaches/migraines. That's the case for me whenever I eat food that contains msg.

Whenever I get headaches, I always massage my head (5+ mins). Especially the area near the temples. <-- I found this most effective for me

I also find a quiet and dark place, sit (upright) and close my eyes and try to think of nothing. <-- Don't lie down whenever you have a headache, it'll just make it worse.

You can also drink tea, specifically lavender, chamomile, or peppermint.

Hope it helps!

I lay forehead down on my pillow in a dark room with my eyes closed for a while after drinking lots of water and taking some advil. Also, you can (with caution) take a larger dose than the recommended if it doesn't work the first time. Just don't take more than 800 mg.

I get migraines, and for me, what helps alleviate them is eating something spicy (like lethal 5 hot wings or hot chips) and drinking gatorade. The spiciness helps distract from the pain, the gatorade helps nourish your body

Art is also said to help, so if you get out some paints and watercolor, you'll distract yourself and it will eventually go away

Spicy food from chillis should work for headaches, but not peppers. Peppers add more heat to body, making it worse.

Isotonic drink can also help because it rehydrates body faster.

another tips is back massage. the easiest is to get someone to do it for you. get a comb and some baby oil, and ask the person to scrap your back lightly using the back of the comb. the baby oil is just to lubricate your skin so it doesn't hurt. you know you got problem with blood flow if your back is really reddish.
