I'll respect his decision, but I much prefer to see him on stage. We all know how much he loves to sing. It would be a shame if he couldn't fulfill his dream. He even overlooked his studying for this. I want him to take a break, but eventually come back and get himself out there. Companies will take him, because he's handsome, likable and has a natural ability in singing. His dancing has also improved a lot too.

He can join some nugu company, debut, fail miserably. By then it'll be about time he does his military service ( I'm pessimistic  )

Also I feel like most kpop companies' song quality is pretty shit nowadays, so not sure if it's worth it for him to stay in the industry if he's just going to receive crappy music, unless he wants to go the indie route and has the musicality to develop his own sound.

Yeah, I'm actually still surprised he stayed when YG didn't promise them anything. Even if he did, it probably would have benefited him more if he tried to contact other companies. I don't know if YG allows that though.
