Genie. It was the one that cemented their place as NOT a one hit wonder. From there on, it was a continuous climb up. "I got a boy" for recognition outside of asia and "into the new world" as the first but ITNW is reversed in that it was truly recognised only after their success

"Girls' Generation" was the first song I heard from them and it was stuck in my head lol (the reason I got interested in SNSD) the dance is also nice. I also chose ITNW, HOOT, OH, RDR and Tell me your wish. Along with Gee, they're SNSD's best songs imo. Their latest releases don't top any of these songs. Many ppl would say IGAB but in general, when I think of SNSD I think of the songs I chose not IGAB.
