Darius 8,485 Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 1) It's not accessible for people in Japan I think 2) Their servers are probably in a country with lenient copyright laws 3) They don't allow content released in non-Asian countries on their site (even Asian music, for example SNSD's The Boys English release) I'm sure Asian labels have tried to sue them, but their strategy is pretty airtight so it never led to anything.
