Only 50,000 fans were selected if i'm not mistaken. To participate, you need to subscribe to the service first, which requires a Docomo ID and a JP credit card (my credit card didn't work, even though they accepts Visa & Mastercard) Anyway, i'm sure they are going to broadcast it some time in October later.
