One thing I'm still bitter about is that they didn't cover Gulliver at SS5. It would've been so awesome, or could've been so awesome and fun, more like a show on stage and with Wook's distinctive voice during his parts, it could've been so so so great. All I'm saying is, there could've been so much they could do with a Gulliver stage. *Fists shaking* Not to mention it's my favourite song of that album.

damn this thread is moving so fast now, last time I lurked here (before the server crashed) it was like 10 times slower 

I suck at forums, last time I made an account somewhere I was kicked out few months later because I forgot to actually post stuff  But this is my main source of k-pop info, cause AKP is awful and I don't know any other places so I'm hoping I will not be kicked out of this one. 

I've been listening to k-pop for some time now and I like few artists but SJ is the only band I care about enough to be actively interested in what they are up to, so this will be my favourite thread (because of this and also because of those random pictures of Jaejoong  )

Hiya! Welcome to the thread. :] I think we kind of go back and forth. Sometimes it moves really fast and other times it's insanely slow. There are forums that do that? Omg.. I tend to forget to post or don't post because I can't think of anything to say on some forums so damn that would be awful.

Hi ^^ some forums like to have only active users so they do "cleaning" once in a while but maybe it was just this one, I don't know. Can I ask where is your dp from? Cause it reminds me of something but I don't know what

I was just wondering what we can do to make everyone here pleased with the Super Junior Thread. When we think of the Official Super Junior Thread first thing we think about is that we'll talk about Super Junior a lot or possibly only talk about Super Junior - we're all ELF after all - however, since 6Theory, the Official Super Junior Thread's known to be a welcoming place to everyone. While I agree that Super Junior thread has to be mainly about Super Junior and that there are fans that come here willing to only talk about them, at the same time I think it would be a shame if we lost that image we've been carring for a while now. Who else remembers the TRAX and the BSB convos here?  

 

Our goal's to always improve this thread according to what posters suggest so we can build a cosy place to everyone, right? So I wonder if it's ok with everyone if posters can still go OT, with the difference that this OT should be posted in spoiler? I've seen that rule applied in other Artist threads and it seems to be well-accepted. The posters who don't like other groups can easily skip the non-SJ talk and posters who are willing to talk/spam or go OT can still do so. What do you think of this suggestion?

I'm perfectly okay with this and think it's a good way to compromise. But I do know that some people will not be okay with this. :/

 Super Junior, before I learned about you those words had no importance really in my life. Now it’s something so important and so precious that I will hold dear to my heart forever. Looking back at all the years that have passed and the love between SJ and ELF makes me so happy. I’ve never been so invested in a group like this before. A group that I’ve never even met I mean really how is that possible? How can I love a group so much even though they live thousands of miles away from me, in a different timezone, in a different country that’s so different than my own? I’m not sure what the answer for this is. All I know is because it’s Super Junior and because they’ve taught me so much. And for that I’m forever grateful.
 
From the eldest and the leader Leeteuk, keeping so many members together, making sure they’re all looked after and being the backbone of the group, no matter what people say to you and how much they hurt you stay strong for your members and take responsibility for them. To Heechul, standing up for your members and friends no matter if it’s with the public, or even your own fans. To Hangeng, for being strong and pursuing your own path even though you weren’t sure how successful you’d be, you might not be in Super Junior anymore but it’s your anniversary just as much as everyone else. To Yesung, for being crazy and 4D and making ELF laugh one second and then cry the next because of your voice. To Kangin, you might have made mistakes in the past but you work so hard for forgiveness now that sometimes you might be too hard on yourself. To Shindong, people might overlook you but you work so hard whether it is by being an amazing dancer, cheorgrapher, MC, or businessman, just one look and people can see how talented you are. To Sungmin, the jack of all trades, you work hard so you can be good in everything you do, dancing, singing, martial arts, and your strength to be a good friend to everyone. To Eunhyuk, working hard as the dancing machine, showing your MC capabilities on variety shows, and no matter what people say about your looks one look at your gummy smile proves them wrong. To Zhou Mi, your smile really is like sunshine, it lights up any room, it amazes me sometimes because when I think about all the hardships and all the accusations and hate from people that claim to be fans that you’ve faced your smile is still the brightest. To Donghae, you’re so talented in so many fields, dancing, singing, acting, composing but you’re a baby most of the time and you’re so precious it melts everyone’s hearts. To Siwon, you might be the son of CEO, and the face of the group but you’re one of, if not the only, modest idol out there and your love for the members is unmatched. To Ryeowook, you take care of the members as much as you can and not only your members you take care of others, like your dongseangs in the industry as well, your fanboying is the cutest and your voice remains my favourite. To Kibum, you work hard for what you love, acting. No matter if you don’t stand on the stage with them but like Hangeng, you’ll be a part of SJ forever. To Kyuhyun, you were added to the group later but with your amazing voice proved you should be there, your accident was/is the worst thing that ever happened and I am forever grateful you’re here. All the way to the youngest to Henry, your talents know no bounds from your violin playing to your composing skills to your solo to getting use to your hyungs perviness you really are talented, you’ve been hurt, like Zhou Mi, but you’re strength to continue on is amazing.
 
Super Junior as a group might be too big for an outsider but looking at them they fit together like a mix matched puzzle. Their personalities and their talents complement each other so that every member shines. So thank you Super Junior for all the tears, love, friends, amazing music, and laughs that you have brought in my life. I’ll treasure the memories and you forever.

I knew about the album but not the tour. I wonder why they keep releasing in Japan but not SK. Meh, probably the money.

I don't know if I should feel pity or lough on some of you guys for making fun or underestimate K-ELF or only13, when they were helping and protecting SJ from the start

Maybe I missed something in the pages before this but I don't recall anybody here making fun of or underestimating K-ELF. I, and many other ELF, are extremely thankful to K-ELF for all that they have done and realize that if it weren't for them the boys would have not lasted this long. 

 

People have said things against Only13'ers because at this point.. the hate is completely unnecessary and stupid. There's no chance of HenMi replacing the original 11 12 13. So why do they still want them to vanish?

 

hurting Henry and Zhou Mi or hurting only 13ers, both will hurt the boys (big example Hyuk's speech in SS5 Singapore)

 

I now understand why K-ELF called I-ELF generic, by your answer you makes only13 as some disease SJ have and they should heal it. Just accept it they have part of SJ part and will stay until the end. People hate only13 cause their action are loud and real and some times SM take them seriously but why can't I-ELF just ignore them and prove them wrong. I was happy when Henry got a solo and said for myself "yeah only13 now that Henry the guy you hated more got solo before your oppa, what you gonna do?", but his solo was just like a wind nothing memorable for me. and as a member of SJ 'who's the king of physical album" his album sales was nothing to compare with SJ. Then why I-ELF didn't prove them wrong (don't tell me cause SJ is a group and he's only a member and not everyone is a Henry bias cause it's bullshit).

SJ want to the people take them seriously in Korea but how that when ELF themselves hated on K-ELF which majority of them are only13. Or hated on C-ELF which are the reason for SJ strength in China.

That's all what I want to say and peace 

Please explain to me why I-ELF are generic because I honestly do not understand this. How can Henry's sales be that great when a good chunk of the fandom won't support it? (Only13, multiple K-ELF & C-ELF) 

 

 

 

And I'm just saying... Wookie, if I remember correctly, posted on twitter in support of Henry's solo debut and got bitched at by some ELF/only13 for promoting him.  -_-

that and do you remember the letter they wrote in response to Hyuk's speech? it was like "awwww that's cute but nayway, dont do it again kthnxbye". c-elf in SJ baidu bar went as far as saying SJ members should consider their (the fans) feelings when choosing their friends

Did they really? I didn't see that at all. I remember his speech caused some commotion but I wasn't fully sure why.

 

Exactly. I mean, I respect them for being there for so long but why should I have to accept everything they do and say because we're in the same fandom.
