Viki (going by now her name of Kang Eun Hye) was in Dal Shabet and the group's leader from their debut until 2012 when Woohee joined as replacement. Since then she appeared as a weathercaster briefly and I think had a Maxim spread.

 

Cho Min Ah(also goes by Cho Harang) was in Jewelry from 2002 to 2006. After leaving the group has done some acting and musicals and released some solo songs/ost.

Kim Bo Mi was in M.I.L.K from 2001 to 2003. Probably one of SM's shortest/least successful girl groups. Although two of the members moved on to become actresses Seo Hyun Jin (currently in Three Musketeers as one of the main female chars) and Park Hee Bon(most recently as Jang Nara's roommate in Fated to Love You... I think they were both SM trainees together since Jang Nara was originally in SM)

The male lead is Ye Hak Young who was part of the Ji Hoon Joo drug-smuggled scandal back in 2009. I believe this is his first film/drama role since then as the movie he was in which came out last year was actually a delayed release and filmed prior to the scandal.

Haven't seen any translations so just going by google translate seems like Viki is the lead female actress in this and has bed scenes and possible nudity.
