Honestly, I think people on the Japanese side get off far too easy a lot of the time. The users here are generally older and they should be able to handle younger, more excitable fans without resortin

That reminds me, what should we do about the J-Rock battle?

i actually brought this up in the OOR thread. We said it's probably better to wait a bit to give time for everybody to get here. Maybe the beginning of next month or something like that. But it's up to you if you still want to do it or not.

That sounds fine. Anyone still in school should be done with exams by then, too. I saved the list, so all I'd need to do is copy and paste everything.

I've always been a bit reluctant from using dating sites, though i have nothing against them. I guess i want to fall in love with someone a different way. 

Tho if I'm 30 and single I'll throw in the towel and sign up for every dating site. I don't think i want to post a pic of myself though lol.

90% of all reactions I get on dating sites is guys telling me how ugly I am, I am not a big fan of dating sites either, but it's better than gay bars. (I know shockingly few gay guys in my life, so meeting a boyfriend in daily life is near impossible, so if I ever want to have a boyfriend, I need to find some way to let myself be found)

I really wish Japan had a MET gala or more award shows with red carpets

 

the only I can think of is the MTV awards and that is still kinda meh in terms of attendance......like imagine Ayu's dress if she came *~*

 

or Erika Sawajiri or Kuu Mama or Namie or Miliyah or Kyary

 

god damn Japan start rolling those red carpets more

 

she was so stunning at J-academy awards, wish they had more such events

@Ryu I've finished Yuzu's album! I'm glad you recommended it to me because I really like it! You were right when you said it follows a very consistant theme. It's very whimiscal and fun throughout. I feel like it will be a good album to play throughout the summer for me. 

Favorite songs on the album are "Reason", "Irotoridori", "Geranium" "LOVE&PEACH", and "Hokage". :smile:

Glad that you liked it!  Yeah, it followed very closely to a circus theme - I honestly felt that each song was its own act in a lot of ways.  My personal favorites are "REASON", "LAND", "Merry-go-round", "with you", "Shou", and "Moonlight Parade".  Also, I'm curious:  I've seen "Hokage" translated as that or "Touei", and the latter is on the promo image for the album that lists all the songs.  Would you happen to know which is the correct romanization?  

 

Though yes, LAND is DEFINITELY a summer album and I've a feeling I'll have played it a lot by the time that summer's done.

And I am going to watch the drama it's the theme song for. If only to see Takumi Saito :ahmagah:

that drama looks awful but Saito Takumi stays on his grind.....really wish I knew how much J-actors really make cuz they work too much

 

anyway that song sounds bad, but to me Tohoskanks voice never really blend and their material has been weak from the jump

 

so idk don't listen to me, not a fan of them at all
