Bonding in a music forum with the name of a Korean phenomenon over Rob Lucci? I'm all for it!

And I really love the Enies Lobby arc as well because there's the CP9 and my favourite Strawhat (Robin)

LOL Enies Lobby, Thriller Bark, and  Punk Hazard are probably my top 3 arcs. You've inspired me to change my sig.

And I love Robin, but I'm not too fond of her design after the time skip.

Not sure how much you've seen so I don't want to spoil anything, but

I do love her interaction with Franky when he's in Chopper's body.

I love One Piece too. Marineford, Enies Lobby and Impel Down are my trinity.

My favourite strawhat is Nami and my favourite character overall is Trafalgar. <3

Btw I'm not feeling this last arc, Big Mom is super basic and the appearance of Sanji's family is kinda random and forced tbh

It's still too soon to think about that arc.

I do like Trafalgar's interactions with the Strawhats though. He's probably my favorite secondary character.

That makes me nervous because I'm still having trouble getting through the Dressrosa Arc.

I can see it <3 (And also Perona is one of my favourite characters, I love her interactions with Mihawk and Zoro, as well)

And you mean Robin's outfit in the Dressrosa arc? I am actually planning to do a cosplay of her since it seems to be the easiest costume to do

Nah, I just read until Dressrosa and I know bits of Zou and following content, so no prob.

At the beginning I was annoyed at Law changing the bodies of the Strawhats, Tashigi and Smoker, but when I knew the reason, I got relieved. Gotta re-read that part you are talking about <3

Their interactions were pretty hilarious after the incident at Sabaody.

I just prefer her character design prior to the time skip. But that should be a cool cosplay.

That means you're further ahead than I am. Lol I've rewatched the series twice and I've haven't made it past Dressrosa.

im sure they had something like this before lol.

they had a house party type PV.

I think I made gifs of that PV but I'm not sure. Almost all of their PVs blend together.

They should do something controversial and cast Nino's doppelgänger in their next PV

new Sakanaction single is good  :rlytearpls:

Told you!  Honestly, they've been pretty on top of their game this whole era; now they just need to release a great album to cap things off.   "Tabun, Kaze" and "moon" are really well layered in particular though, so kudos to them for taking their time and doing it right.

Their single is trash.

That's an album you just need to sit with for a while ("P.Y.L"), since it grew on me immensely on repeat listens.

In other news, returning to Negoto's "VISION" since they have a new EP out next month - lead track was produced by the BOOM BOOM SATELLITES' bassist and sounds like a pretty slick mix of both of their sounds.  Excited to hear what the rest of the CD sounds like.

I actually liked it on my first listen. I kept getting distracted so I had to stop listening to it and finished it today. lol "85" is probably my favorite after 1 listen.

I don't think I've ever listened to Negoto before, but that sounds interesting. I also listened to Fredrick's album today and that was nice. A lot of interesting sounds going  on. Same for P.Y.L.

I liked it at first as well, though ended up loving it upon a good few re-listens.  I really appreciate that "P.Y.L" actually IS a natural progression from "UBU", even if it didn't seem like it would be at first.  It's a... rather sobering album when it comes to tone; I'd be tempted to call it 'dark', but it strikes me that it's less that and more that it has something to say.  Noda's said that his main foci with it were rhythmic songwriting and digital recording methods, and I think that shows through.  I've liked "85" ever since I first heard the live version - think it, "Wander Lust", and "Strobo" are my personal favorites.

Oh, you can take a listen to a preview for the lead track here:  http://recochoku.jp/song/S1003716193/

Yeah from what was released prior, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I can definitely see the progression from "UBU." It does have a dark tone which I can appreciate. I think "Strobo" is my second favorite from the album, but I'll have to give it a few more listens before I have a definitive list.
