In Singapore, Perfume held their concert in a venue with a max capacity of about 500 people. In Hong Kong, Perfume held their concert in a venue with a max capacity of about 1,000 people. That is how "big" most of the big Japanese acts actually are outside Japan. Whereas for this event in Hong Kong, there were like 5,000 SNSD fans buying expensive tickets to see SNSD perform 2 songs at a scene with a terrible audio system. Also, if you somehow missed it, I compiled a list of all the Korean and Japanese CD sales at G-Music in Taiwan... http://onehallyu.com/index.php?/topic/1658-kpopjpop-sales-on-g-music-taiwan-2011-2013/ And that one quite clearly showed that yes there are some Japanese acts that have some fans in Taiwan (like Namie, Ayu, SID, W-inds, Arashi, AKB), but in general most acts ain't selling for shit and the "big" Japanese acts are considerably smaller than the "big" Korean acts. Let's talk about Ayu's tour, Namie's tour, L'Arc En Ciel's tour... It has more to do with the fact that Japanese acts can't be bothered while Korean acts are all for it. My advice would be to use either a COM/RAV/SYN combo and power yourself up while the others are attacking, or COM/MED/SYN if you can't keep your health. It's weak against fire, and if you have haste, you should use it because you'll get more of a chance to attack. Then when you're ready use a good attack combo that works for you.
