She hasn't even cracked 20 million. She's nowhere near the level or Ayu, Namie, or Hikki. The only one I can see coming for Ayu's crown is Hikki to be honest. Them: You forget that Feel is coming out and will be the end of all the other bitches in the game careers. Hikki is just stuck where she is she hasnt been coming out with anything except for sakura nagashi which was a great song. Ayu is lagging and she keeps it up, its gonna be mad easy for kuu to catch up. Namie is like basically there because Feel has been released. In all honesty, Ayu’s record is probably never going to be beaten. Which is okay, really her sales where gained during a time people regularly went out to buy music asked their friends did they buy the new so and so album from whoever. People dont do that now, they just buy like one little track on itunes and shares it with the world and calls it a day. Everyone’s sales have sunk cuz of it. And because of that phenomenon large numbers like 53 mill just don’t happen like that anymore, and probably (especially in japan) will never be matched again unless they have a never ending career like Cher or Madonna…if that makes sense. I feel like they're are pulling a May J. on me. Ok I need to rant, and this is like the only place I can. Don't wanna in the forums and twitter isn't conducive to ranting. Are you serious? Looking at the titles and producers, this is going to sound exactly like Part 1. What's the point of splitting a release if it all sounds the same? The producer for Sunshine did Starlight Moonlight by Secret and that is such a snoozefest of a song. They're going to become Secret with their music quality. I can't stand Secret's music (but i do like them as people). Rainbow has such good songs in the past, and now they are pulling a May J. by playing the safe and boring generic card. Their songs sound like something anyone could sing, whereas before they sounded unique and different. I think what sucks the most is that I was a fan since Mach and fell in love during To Me and Sweet Dream. I was hoping for that again, and then to abandon what made them stand out to people like me feels like a giant slap in the face to fans. I understand growth and slowly shifting styles, but TMTM was so different than their last stuff, and after 2 years too. It sucks to have waited 2 years for them and through an average japanese album to just get some boring music that doesn't do anything for me anymore. Also the titles are annoying. Can't they be more creative? Sweet Dream, Sweet, and Sunshine? Golden Touch and Don't Touch. Kiss and Kiss Me. To Me and Tell Me. They should have stuck with Japanese producers. I won't fully judge or unbias them until the album is out, but I'm not getting excited. It sucks to get your hopes up to only be let down. __ On a more positive note, Kavka's song sounds great.
