SeeYaWithYou 4,415 Posted May 13, 2014 Share Posted May 13, 2014 well I am 22, and honestly it shocked me I have three middle school friends that are preggo or getting married I have my life barely in order Yeah, I'm a little younger than you and one of my old friends is married and it feels so weird. I'm starting to accept the fact that I am getting older and soon things like this are going to be normal, but at the same time I have nothing going for me right now so I have a little bit longer before I REALLY start feeling old. Of course I'm starting my college education a little bit late, but soon I'll be caught up to everyone else and that's when I think I'll actually feel old. I feel like even if you have a prejudice before, when it happens to your family, more often than not, you will be able to overcome your prejudice. And from what I have seen most Asians around me have been pretty accepting of me. But like, maybe I just got lucky because I've lived a pretty sheltered life.
