Only the first cover albums is a hit when people do multiple ones. They sell less and less after that.

 

 

Some of the B-sides are better than the A-sides. Case in point:

 

 

I should upload more of her B-sides...

 

May J is on her way to outselling her first one, I think she gets another hit like Baby I Love U it could beat it

 

also unlike BENI and May J, her original stuff sold almost as much as her cover albums.....its a shame since her music is weak but unlike those two she can hustle herself amazing tie-ins since every album sold due to a hit song

i use to and still think it was because most J-pop fans aren't really here for Kpop and I use to troll the K-side all the time when I was bored and therefore people didn't like us especially when this used to be 6theory

my research into net idols is pretty interesting...some are like Japanese ullzangs...just less photoshop and more shitty covers to anime songs

 

also so many net idols are Chinese...kinda interesting tbh that Japanese aesthetics are so popular in Asia even tho every1 hates them

So what do they do?

 

be cute, get attention, earn praises from their ~fans~ basically like youtube celebs O__O

 

some eventually crossover into the real world I believe but then they are so niche...idk if I could find info on them tho I think some collab to release photo-books together....tho idk if it counts but ClariS basically are two anonymous teen girls who got famous as anime cover singers on nico nico w/e and now are really successful 

 

but the majority are like ullzangs, just social media ~stars~

also I feel like I am closest to Takamina when it comes to how I view friendships also felt sorry for the girl who felt like she is a failure in AKB cuz no1 knows her....

 

This should be asked on the kitchen-side but is it just me maybe my ears are tuned to differentiating among Japanese singers but do most kpop and soloists sound the same or have this same tone? Like I can tell apart BENI from Jasmine from Miho etc

 

safe Lee Hyori, I can't tell either especially for ballads since they generally use the same instrumentation too
