abra 40,910
I got it a couple of months ago... I think it was due to having been sick for a long time. Then I got a bit better and it stopped, thankfully. It's usually a short term condition, so it shouldn't be too bad.
exstasy 75
Are you sure it is not because of a medical condition? Sometimes you have to see an endocrinologist for specific blood tests.

Hair loss is often because of abnormal % of hormones. But it can also be stress, like if you have personal problems, or if don't eat well, or if you have exams that make you feel stressed, it can also provoke hair loss. But as far as I know, studying alone can't provoke hair loss.

Joyz 324
I also had hair loss problem, but thats becuz u dont get enough vitamins ( Vit B to be exactly..) also stress can cause it. Try do eat more healty, (if u dont) other wise, u can use, one of these 'Head and Shoulder anti hear loss spray.' I used it. and it kinda worked. sane 16,342
Do you get enough sun? Vitamin D deficiency can cause hair loss, and an absolutely massive percentage of the population of many countries is vitamin D deficient.

You can also take vitamins as Joyz said and buy products for your hair, but I don't recommend the products, because I highly doubt it works for everyone, especially the ones who suffer big hair loss. goddess1 5,058
The people who posted above basically covered it all, but in the meanwhile I suggest you massage your hair with a mixture of extra virgin olive oil and castor oil before you shower. That has really helped my hair to grow back

I live in the North West and I had an extreme vitamin D deficiency. Once I started taking supplements my hair returned to normal.
