EXO‘s bodyguard and staff member are under criticism for their behavior at the Nanjing airport.

EXO flew to Nanjing on August 16 to perform at the “Samsung Galaxy Nanjing Music Festival.†Currently, the 2014 Youth Olympics are taking place in Nanjing, which has resulted in heightened security at the airport.

The Chinese media reported that on August 16 EXO’s staff refused to have their luggage checked by the security guards at the airport, resulting in some arguments. Another crisis arose outside the gates, when EXO’s bodyguard proceeded to hit a fan’s camera off her hands. According to other fan accounts, he also hit a Youth Olympic volunteer who happened to be close by.

EXO’s agency SM Entertainment issued a statement saying that “the truth is different from what was reported in the Chinese media,†adding, “in the process of leaving the hectic crowd at the airport, there was some conflict between the hired bodyguards and the airport staff due to security reasons. But they were not EXO’s managers.†SM also announced that they ended on good terms with the airport staff that day.

China’s media outlet CCTV reported that the seven bodyguards have acknowledged their wrongdoings.

I'm glad the conflict was resolved although it doesn't reflect very well on the bodyguards or SM. still have no idea what went through the guard's head...hitting fans, damaging airport property, hurting innocent people

Man exo is just getting messy and messy this year.

I hope next year would be good for them this is not their year at all.

well this doesn't really have to do with exo but with their bodyguards/staff

but I guess that in some people's eyes incidents like this still tarnish the exo name for them

So basically the bodyguards and staff were the ones who were behind this stuff...

I really dislike their bodyguards tbh they hurt innocent people right in front of EXO

They don't seem to do their job properly sometimes

But I don't see why they had to refuse to check luggage o_o

So it was the bodyguards? Their guards they don't know how to behave, you can't put guards the don't know how to behave with fans that don't know how to behave and expect a good outcome.

Either SM needs to hire a new bodyguard team or these guys need some serious retraining

True. EXO need better bodyguards who at least wont hurt fans or cause mess. smh.

EXO dont need any mess anymore :._.: .. This isnt their fault, yet their image could get tainted by this ugh!

and what does this have to do with Exo , I don't see why is Exo name have to be mention in Every bad thing that happen -_-

people at the airport thought that was exo's fault all the mess, and they started blaming the members; so exo was involved in this incident.

okay so why the hell did someone make up rumours about luhan and tao acting out of pocket???? wtf?

just shows how you cant trust anything you read on the internet.....

I was really surprised when I've read about Tao and Luhan behavior, it's hard to believe that they've been rude to anyone. However, being in the middle of such a big mess, would drive anyone crazy. The problem was not only the luggage checking, but also the ebola security control that all the members needed to go in.
