lately i have  at one point i tried writing down everything that needed to be done [including some free time] and giving myself a certain amount of time in the day to do each thing. that only worked for about a week. much later i tried it again, except with fewer things and no time limit, and it still didnt help :._.:  got any advice? i need to be more disciplined...

I always put things off until the last minute, and sometimes I just end up not doing it. One way i've found of countering it is that I have a list of things I have to do on my laptop when I bring up my dashboard, so it's always there for me should I forget in my head. I think for some things you have to force yourself into a routine and eventually it'll become second nature to do things on time.

I start things but never finish them and I mean this applies to my life too

  • started college but never finished it
  • started a life program but never finished it
  • started anti depressants but never finished it
  • I make friends but never keep them

I'm a hot mess and I will try and change things I'm still young (19) but it's gonna take a long time for me.

On some things, yes; other times, no. I think the biggest thing is learning how to discipline yourself. I usually just remind myself of the consequences if I think about procrastinating on packing/homework/other things that need to get done.

I am really the same as you.

Yes, it happened to me A LOT, I procrastinate a lot and I'm too lazy but I think the best thing is to see where the problem started like... when I was younger I used to be disciplined and finish thing but then I started to change and be more lazy and procrastinate, but was because I started to feel that I wasn't good enough so I just stopped doing something and I'm also that kind of person who wants to do LOT OF THINGS at the same time and get results easily and when the results don't come quickly i just quit, which is not good... lot of people told me to take it easy, to be patient (I'm not patient at all) and enjoy the moment without thinking a lot about the result so if that happens to you, then should do the same, I'm still trying lol
