Miyami 642 Posted August 16, 2014 Share Posted August 16, 2014 I was wondering this, if you ever went back to your old school? (lower or high school, doesn't really matter). Like, a reunion. Some schools even organise reunion evenings. I even heard my old school did that, but apparantly I didn't got invited . I heard afterwards from an old classmate. Not that I really cared that much honestly. In general I don't speak my old classmates anymore. Also I didn't have that a great time back then. I prefer the life nowadays lol. So did you ever went back to school to see how everything is there now, how your old classmates are doing? Or if not, do you have the desire to do so? The band was outside practicing over the summer, so I dropped by to say hi since I missed some faces and I was in the leadership before. After that day, I never went back; I only saw the high school when I was driving past it. Quite honestly, high school was not the best time in my life, so once I graduated I really just avoided the whole thing. I think, out of all the people I used to talk to in high school, I probably only keep in contact with 3 or 4, but that's because 3 of them go to the same university as me. masketta 2,783 Posted August 16, 2014 Share Posted August 16, 2014 the high school I graduated from has alumni night every month and the school invite a graduating class back to the school to ~~relive high school~~ I went once, it was fun and severely nostalgia inducing. amix 12,096 Posted August 16, 2014 Share Posted August 16, 2014 i've gone back to my junior high/elementary school a couple of times to visit my teachers but this was back when i was in high school my high school is unbelievably close to my college but i've never gone back...tbh i don't see any point in doing it rn because i didn't have a good time at all in high school and i don't want to relive those unpleasant memories at this point in time Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm still in contact with many high school classmates, and I went many times to my old high school. The first time was a few months I started university because of an old tradition in my city: as our seniors had done before us, we went there before the students arrived, we closed the gate and allowed to enter only the janitors and the teachers: the students happily went away and skipped one day of school, and we made a little party with our former teachers. Then I went other times with some mates to say hello to janitors and teachers. Once I brought with me a cake I promised to the janitors. The last time I went was a few months ago because of a mysterious ten years old graffiti on the wall, so many former students gathered there with no reason, surprising students and teachers. xLeeChaex 46 Posted August 17, 2014 Share Posted August 17, 2014 Well I guess im not the only one who hated their high school lol I just graduated from my high school like 2 months ago But even then I still do not want to go back to it since it wasnt a good time for me tbh ima start college in a week so im glad im getting a new start.
