I find music quality better on my Galaxy than my iPhone, there's a lot more equalizer options so you can tweak and customize it to your liking. Camera is pretty good, I don't do anything out of the ordinary with it, just send them to friends or post them online, but yeah, it seems fine, it 16 megapixels so you can't go wrong, really. Sorry for all the questions~~ I listen to music w/ earphones daily and also use the speaker and I absolutely cannot complain. The highest setting is pretty loud (esp. with earphones) and I listen to music when I shower and still can hear everything clearly lol so the speaker is good imo I think the highest resolution is 5312 x 2988! Galaxy S5 camera is really sharp than iPhone but the color so fake, It's just too much for me meanwhile iPhone have more natural color. And who the hell listen the music with their phone speaker nowadays? iphone earphones >>> samsung earphones. But I like S5 large screen for browsing. Why not wait for galaxy alpha or iphone 6? It's no better than my old samsung galaxy s3 (cameras a bit better and it's a tiny bit faster loading apps but thats it) unless you get a really good deal I don't think its worth the price. I have a Sony Xperia Z2 and i'm much happier, I hate all the bloatware on Samsungs. Music is standard for a phone although the speaker is quite loud, if you want a change from an iphone a samsung galaxy is the best phone to get you accustomed to android because it's so simple to use, but samsung puts so many gimmicks and unneeded apps you will never use nor can you delete which is a shame. Samsung makes nice phones and the later android UI have improved tremendously. I use to dislike Android after I switched because after a few months my phone would slow to a crawl and it was soo buggy for me but it seems much improved now. PS if you root your phone you can get rid of the bloatware apps and on my Samsung Note 3 you can turn off some of those system apps you don't need. Not quite uninstalling but better than before.
