Both have the most potential among the newer generation of J-actress. Nounen is the girl next door beauty while Hashimoto is the ice cold fierce beauty.

I'm going to have to go with Hashimoto Ai but only because I've seen and been exposed to much more of her work in comparison to Rena. Ai has a career in voice acting ahead of her especially if her work on Blood-C was anything to go by. Also enjoyed her portrayal of Mei in Another. I'll probably have to expose myself to Rena a bit more because I'm not familiar with any of her work.
