Hi, so I have pretty dark hair like almost black and I have fantasied about this colour for a while now, I'm just wondering if anyone could post a photo of a boy with a similar colour please and if anyone knows a hair dye that would dye my hair this colour.

I wouldn't mind my hair being slightly darker, so its more a steel colour, but yeah if anyone knows how to achieve this colour, id be greatful, thanks.

Um, just bleach your hair lightly with a bleach bath or until it's a hyorin orange color ( one way hyorin)

then use dark blue/silver hairdye and you'll get something similar to Luna's hair color in red light or atleast something in the ballpark as rihanna's

eh, I don't know the specific way ... most people go lighter... you'll have to experiment.

That has a bit too much of a purple/blue tone to it, like I'm looking more for dark grey. Lmao I was going to say is that a girl.

Sorry who's Hyorin and Luna (no shade I genuinely don't know)

Can you recomend any specific hair dyes, the only thing with a dark blue/ silver hair dye, is that I don't want to have a bluish tone to it, like Rihanna's is pretty dark.

Bleach your hair (temporary dye doesn't stick well to unbleached hair), then mix a little bit of temporary black or another super dark color with some plain white conditioner to dilute it, then apply to your clean dry hair. If it's not dark enough the first time do it again, just make sure you use a cheap conditioner because it takes a lot. If you use pure black it'll come out dark grey, and if you use a really dark shade of a color it'll come out kinda like Rihanna's (but in whatever shade you use).

Bleach your hair using a low volume bleach (it's better to do it more times with a low vol rather than the highest vol bleach once and fry the shit out of your hair.) If your hair goes yellow use a purple or blue tinted toner to remove any brassy/yellow/orange (If you have very dark hair once bleached it's more than likely to go every shade of blonde) colour it won't go purple or blue it should get everything white, this is the perfect colour for dye to be applied to and will give the end result more vibrancy and a more even cover. Then I personally would mix two manic panic or Directions toners together to create the colour you want (These are both vegetable based and won't damage your hair), only problem with toners are they don't last so don't wash your hair as regularly (invest in dry shampoo) and mix in the coloured toner into your shampoo to keep the colour in. Hope this helps :chu:

tis okay.

First get your hair color to this or around this

and color it with blue or purple

try a warmer blue rather than a cooler blue if you want a more grey toned.

the color will fade

but in your case, try mixing the dye with really cheap conditioner.

^ people who want a pastel color mix a small dollop of dye to a larger amount of conditioner. since you want your color to be weak... try a 50:50 ratio. dont make too much if you're buying a tube of dye..
