The MBC Documentary was only one episode, which KangIn dubbed. In that SJ shows their trip to SA and fans reactions to their arrival. It was more like a diary of their trip.

 

In "Super Super Show", also broadcasted by MBC and dubbed by Kyuhyun, has 6 episodes and shows all performances from SS5.

 

They are essencially different from each other.

Well, translations say Super Super Show is the one with 6 episodes and it makes sense because it shows the actual concert in detail while the documentary is about their trip only. If you see the name of the video in the OP post, it's called "Super Super Show".

Let's just blame fanbases then   They keep naming different shows as "Super Super Show".

 

If that print is from that one-episode show then it's Super Super Show, that means this one is the documentary. I'll change the OP post.

I'm sure you already figured it out but the Kyuhyun narrated Super Super Show is the one ep special on MBC. The 6 part SuperShow5 (that's how I saw it titled) is narrated by Kangin and broadcast on MBC Music.
