Scotus Live Thread: Expecting decisions today about Prop 8/Doma

The Supreme Court of the United States is expected to deliver decisions about two cases dealing with marriage equality today. One deals with Prop 8, the other deals with the Defense of Marriage Act.

I personally expect a conservative ruling. I believe DOMA may fall and Prop 8's standing may be dismissed.

 

The court is expected to start handing opinions down at 10 AM EST.
