I need a place where I can say this. I really need it!

 

 

I swear for my all gods and goddess that I love April. It's true that at the very begin I was kind of bitter about DSP don't debuting my girl, but I never blamed the girls. 

But I keep seeing this user in twitter, which is probably the same user here on OH. Saying those not really nice comments about Chaekyung, and now even more because she was a guest on April Concert.

We... I get it! She's not part of April, and I don't want her on April. But she never choose being in the concert, it was DSP who made the decision.

And probably April is more known that Chaekyung, especially in Korea. 

That user even said that Chaeky's stans are ugly about April, and I'd never seen any of us talking shit about them. Actually, I think almost all of us like/love/stans April and are DSP stans.

 

And we all know that all the DSP girls are amazing (I loved and I still love KARA, I'm a Rainnous. I love Baby KARA, I love April. I even like FinKL and Hyori is one of my role model). But why some fans have to be so ugly

Am I the only one who is massively disappointed and hella salty that Chaeky's being dragged into April?  :cry:

 

Their concepts don't mesh with Chaek's current image imo (too bubblegum, pre-adolescent Puretty and we know Chaek has grown since then), and she deserves her own new group to debut with (especially since she and Shiyoon are very close, I can't imagine what Shiyoon is feeling...).

 

I feel like DSP is scrambling to get April new attention, and since Chaeky is their most popular trainee, they're just subbing her in after Hyunjoo's departure. I bet DSP has other young trainees more suitable for replacement, too. :unimpressed:

Ughh, she deserves better. Like new-group-with-Somin-Youngji-Shiyoon-Kasper better. DSP can really tap into a new demographic with a KARA-like concept with these individuals, yet they choose to waste her talent by subbing her into an already established younger group for the sake of numbers and revitalization...smh. Especially since DSP no longer has a fresh and mature gg anymore because Kara and Rainbow are no more, I was hoping they'd debut a new group with Chaekyung headlining to fill that void and concept.  :._.:

 

I don't stan April (they're just not my style) and I doubt Chaekyung's addition will change that. I'm happy for her "debuting" (I can't really call it that tho because it doesn't feel like a real debut, just a substitute member tbh) and I'll support her separate from April, like I always have since Baby Kara, P101 and all her project groups.

 

I'm just...disappointed.

 

 

well, to be honest, I never believed in the thing of another girlgroup with Youngji, Somin, Shiyoon and Chaekyung. I wanted to believe, but i know how DSP works.

 

Second, if that could happened, it would be like in two years more. And Chaekyung would be to old for an idol life. 

Now I'm having hope that DSP could revamp April, changing the concept (praying for a cheerful concept like ioi vvv), making something that could work with Chaekyung. Let see what happens.

 

And, I feel you. April isn't my style also. I like cute concepts, but something more like OMG and Lovelyz. But the girls are amazing and loveable.

 

For Chaekyung, I hope everything works fine
