if you already filled out a subcription then its most likely you were successful. once the website starts working again try logging in and it'll probably tell you that you need to verify your account and it'll send you a verification email.

hmmm well if you can get to the registration page again and fill it out and it says "email is in use" that means it was most likely successful. but the verification emails are coming out really slow. however if you can manage to get to the registration page and it doesn't say its in use then it was unsuccessful and try again. its better to wait till the server clears up though

try to register with the same email again, and if it says 'email in use' then that means you were likely successful at registration, so an email of verification should be on the way (its taking a long time though).
