I just noticed something while watching the Mama Beat video... King is wearing an american flag shirt and an jacket that has stars & stripes on it. In the video, he seems to royally suck at fighting other than using the weapons he finds, like the hatchet, pipe, and brick... Is this an indirect jab at the U.S?

Yeah, it doesn't make any sense... They already released their first mini, they had their debut stage... Now there's 3 more. Are they gonna rerecord their stuff or are they just gonna ignore the fact that their debut release doesn't have 3 of the members on it. 

*sigh* Nega has always been a confusing company for me.  They sprung the news of their debut so randomly and now this.

Well, we're hopin' it's just a fan makin' a poster fancy, but as of the moment, there is no word of additional members.  I'm considering asking the official twitter.  lol

 

It would be weird to add more JUST after debuting the current roster.  Therefore, I'm thinking it's not true or happening.

I totally agree on how odd it would be to just add members when the group already debuted with a mv and have done live performances already. Unless it's some strategy by their company? I don't know how it'd help them though.

Nega is...a complicated company.  They're strategy is very curious.  lol  I'm thinking it's not, since they didn't say anything pre-debut.  It was stated it was a group consisting of 6 members...

 

And I wouldn't know how it'd help them either.  *shrugs*  Only time will tell I guess.

[billboard Korea | Reporter Kim Eun Joo] From Nega Networks, a male version of the Brown Eyed Girls was born.  The Brown Eyed Girls debuted in 2006 as a 4-member girls group with explosive vocals.  Their songs include ‘The Sixth Sense’ and ‘Abracadabra’ which Psy’s ‘Gentleman’ borrowed choreography from.  They have shown a unique performance since their debut.  This time a male version has come out.

Their name is LC9 (League of Competition #9) .  With their longest training member receiving up to 5 years of training J-Hyo(21),  Leader RASA(24), King(20), AO(17), Jun(19), and E.Den(22), LC9 was composed.  Their name recalls the harsh training and competitive atmosphere before debut, with the members showing outstanding talent and determination.  The nine implies the nine total members, of which only 6 made their debut currently.  Only in the album photobook can you see the other members’ shoes.

“Their concept is idol survival skills in countless competitions.  Now being trained in the company or outside the company the elected members would join LC9, however when we don’t know.  We also feel the tension from these activities.â€

Throughout their long practice period, these members have been confirmed as remarkable in every aspect.  From Vancouver Canada, boasting 528 days in school there [tr. note: this is a reference to impressive studying overseas which is considered highly desirable in Korea.],  Eden was cast on the street for his extraordinary appearance.  RASA, whose name means ‘form’ and ‘cool’ in Indonesian, was cast three years ago through audition for his skills.

 

 

 

 

 

In 2010, With popular boy group ‘Boyfriend’’s member Jeongmin as a team, King won the main vocalist spot in the Greater Suwon Youth Song Competition.  The high school student AO, whose name comes from the Chinese ‘to fly’ was notices in his hometown of Daejeon by famous dancers from Hallym College.  Last year, he joined the Gaungzhou Youth Hip Hop Dance Battle and went all the way up to the finals.

 

 

 

 

 

J-Hyo, with the longest trainee time among the members is skilled in many aspects, whether singing, rapping, performance, and dancing.  Last December, he starred in BEG’s rapper Miryo’s solo album “Dirty†music video. Member Jun, from Yeonje, Busan, gives off a ‘Handsome Guy’ image.  He was cast through official auditions for his talents.

 

 

 

 

 

Being knows as the ‘male’ BEG was “burdensome,†King confessed.  “We wanted people to pay attention to the song rather than being idols, so our practice is focused more on the singing than dancing.  We’ll mainly be singing live on stage.†He said.  Other members pointed out King’s voice, saying that ‘male BEG’ shows that their voices are their most powerful weapon.  J-Hyo assured “King’s singing is just as good as any active idol’s.† In the previous teaser ‘Hold On’ you can glimpse LC9’s singing.

With popular idol’s combacks, the return of Audition Star, and university festivals all overlapping, this May is a battleground in the music industry.  How is LC9 going to find a place fierce competition?  Their team spirit, born through rigorous training, has given them confidence.

“Our strongest and best sunbae’s are active.  Especially Cho Yong Pil sunbae, from children to adults, he has the power to obtain a large fanbase.  We are happy to be able to work alongside these great people.  As the saying that crisis is an opportunity, I think the best time for us is now.â€(King)

Around 1:55 in the vid when J-hyo starts to sing, King starts dancing off to the side and it looks like E.den stares a hole right through him; I wonder if he was supposed to do that.
