Basically, post what language you are learning and request someone to trade languages with. For instance: I am fluent in English and Swahili but need to practice my French. I'm looking for someone to practice French with. We can trade Skype info as it makes it more anonymous. If not, PMs are a great way to establish contact. I don't really have much time right now to learn a language but talking to someone fluent in english would be nice, since my pronunciation is of.
