Chen and Tao although I don't know if it's variety senses or their own personalities translating well on variety. Lay is good too but only when they are promoting in China.

Chen - I think he has the best variety sense out of Exo; he strikes a good balance and knows when to stop/tone things down and let other people talk. 

 

Suprisingly I think Kyungsoo actually has good variety sense - not the BaekYeol hyper kind - its just that a lot of the time he leaves it up to beagle line or doesn't gaf. He's has more of a dry sense of humour than typical variety. If he became more comfortable; I could definitely see him and Chen doing a show like Radio Star or something.
