Oh, Amanda Bynes!

Today marked the day of the actress' nose job, a procedure she's been talking about for months. And now, Amanda would love to share the video with you.

Yup.

Bynes took to Twitter to reveal she not only made it out of the surgery alive, but she'll be posting a video of the process soon for all to see.

Amanda tweeted: "I'm having surgery today on my nose! I'm going to post a video of some of the procedure on my twitter!" Later following with: "I made it out of the surgery alive! Haha! I'll post the video soon! I need one more procedure to thin out the bridge of my nose!"

Bynes, who said she got her first nose job to remove skin that "was like a webbing" between her eyes, revealed via Twitter in May the only reason she's come forward about having surgery was to force the media to stop using old photos of her.

"I wasn't going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don't want old photos used anymore! I'm so sick of magazines and blogs using old photos! When will they stop? I will never look like that again! Having surgery was the most amazing thing for my confidence!"

Here's to another new Amanda!

It's okay if she wants and likes plastic surgery. It's just that she feels so insecure to the point where a permanent incision is needed for her to like herself some more. If she got plastic surgery because she love herself but one thing was bugging her and she wanted to fix it (like how people love themselves without makeup but prefer to wear it to just look even nicer) than that's okay. But she bluntly said that she looks ugly before the surgery and she clearly feels strongly about that opinion.

Her insecurity is something I can relate to her with but she seems to find no problem with disliking herself before surgery...

But you know, surgery for some is like makeup for others: extremely necessary to love themselves.

That kind of attitude is not healthy though (I know that myself very well) and I wish she would see it.

It's sad that no one in her family or circle of friends is trying really hard to help her. It's seriously Charlie Sheen all over again, in a way.
