I know we got married is scripted sometimes too scripted but I really think he didn't want them there, they were embarrassing and teasing him so much he probrably was really relieved when they left. The confession booth part is questionable. sometimes its scripted, sometimes its not. Scripted or not, no one wants their families/in-laws there knowing they'll spill the juiciest details and embarass you in front of your spouse.
