edit: As messed up as it is, very few people get involved with disputes like this in Korea. I have a friend who went to Korea and he saw a guy yelling, pushing & shoving his gf around, and my friend stepped in to help, punched the guy and the GF turned on my friend and starting yelling at him and threatened to call the cops. Like I said its messed up but people tend to mind their business when they see stuff like that.
