The song is so soothing & It makes someone wanna smile~ HELLO TO MYSELF is my another fav~! but the best of out of the best is STAY TOGETHER ~ a heartfelt song indeed.. I won't correct you, you're most likely right. However, this creates a comparison and downgrading of other female idols who clearly don't have the same freedom and push Yeeun receives. She can be talented and free without the whole "when will anyone?" when imo it's an unfair illogical statement because really, when will they? YG will never completely allow CL to do it and so on. Most people have to work with collaborators and are still talented. Yeeun is working with a collaborator too... Anyway! Girlfriend and R.E.A.L. so so good. I'm excited about her album... I can tell the title track is going to have an indie feel to it. I really really have a particular interest in female idols (sometimes rappers), as a whole, succeeding and breaking boundaries. So, I naturally support Yeeun and would never take away her praise, trust me. I just feel like she's in a unique position, that's all. JYPE's faith in her is more inspiring but just as important as YG's in CL and SM in BoA. I just want more women within those agencies, in particular, to prosper creatively. The issue I have is unfair comparisons -- as it doesn't help because it puts women in a restrictive environment to a disadvantage -- I hate the effing game more than the player, I don't like thinking about that lol. I don't know if she's underrated or if it's because that comes from people forgetting WG? If that makes sense and that blame is on JYPE but they are clearly rectifying it with her debut. Her talents and songs are acknowledged but she's underexposed? I really wish her much success and I really have faith in her release! Undeniably, she's proven herself.
