They debut with a single, comeback with a single, then comeback again with another single. It's faster and cheaper for the company to promote the group that way. Mini's and full albums required more time and money to create. So for a rookie group, that's a fast and easy way to promote them. Especially in smaller companies, when money isn't easy to come by. Even for some more establish groups, they do it also. Like they'll have a mini, then there next couple comebacks are just singles. So by the time they release a mini album again. They add the last two singles onto the album with the newer songs. Girls Day has done that also.
