It's easy for you to dismiss such things when you probably don't have to go through the same BS stereotypes when it comes to representation like dark skin women have to. They get shoved in the same boxes/stereotypes like I already told you in the original comment but you probably don't give a fuck because you are too busy shilling for the establishment and so you will normalize colorism.

Dark skin girls gotta choose between Jezebels and Minstrel shows for representation while light skin people get normal representation like Yoona or Suzy. All we want is representation that's equal to light skin people but a colorist like you wouldn't understand.

Stop gaslighting and actually help advocate for diverse POSITIVE representation for all skin tones

calling me colorist because I'm suggesting that Hwasa might actually like being a performer who performs more 'sexually' (for lack of a better words) and not because she's being forced to act this way for propaganda is MAD

Well who greenlights these performers then? Executives with money. They will greenlight a singer with her Jezebel image but we can't get a dark skin Suzy or Yoona? That is propaganda. When you only hire dark people with certain images but refuse to cast anything that deviates, and then that becomes a stereotype in the public eye. The fact that you are dodging/dismissing what is going on screams "shill". Bye 👋

It's just like how they only hired black people to play the mammy trope/maids in the early american movie days. Are you going to insinuate that they only enjoy playing Maids? Dorothy Dandridge (an old Hollywood era actress) actually REFUSED stereotypical roles and her career was limited because of it. If you don't follow the propaganda the industry wants to push, you won't get hired. That's why we don't have normal representation for dark skin asian women in korea

Hwasa has a whole team/company behind her. Who knows how really involved she is on the direction of her career. Everything in kpop is calculated.
