wotas already knew it was long time coming, I think AKB is the last team (maybe not SKE?) to have separate teams for each letter. They barely even behaved like separate teams anyways for a long time now, it was for the sake of theater performances and even so... They don't even have their own unique stages anymore so no reason to keep the team system around.

Good idea. When they were able to sell 1,5 million singles in 1 day you can be weird and bloated as you want, but if they wanna stay around for a while a more streamlined concept is probably for the best
