That is bad. This is what happens when you think you have a pretty voice tone that you only rely on it without having proper vocal technique. Technique is essential in maintaining and controlling your vocals in a healthy way. It is like the backbone of singing.

HYBE missed out on getting SM's vocal trainers when they withdrew from the SM acquisition.

ok. obviously that was bad but he had technical problems.. and listen to this , he's great.

Also, Jimin is the most hardworking member according to everyone .

tbh idt its like as bad as the comments saying hhh.  like its not good... but in their early years there was a lot worse. but then back before bts blew up that im remembering but im sure they got better vocal coaches than those days but i doubt it rejects coaching or sumn.. but years him doing shriveling high notes w horrible technique..maybe his chords are just too fried now. not really needing coaching but a new vocal chord hhh

Maybe Jimin has inoperable nodules/cysts and can't afford to take lessons or practice much because he needs to rest his voice as much as possible? That's the only reason I could think of they would say he's "not in a position" since he obviously has the money and if the other members can make the time, so could he. 

But like... if that's true idk why he wouldn't get his service over with early to give his voice a chance to rest instead of doing a solo debut now ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
