My general feeling on these is usually that they just don't pay attention. The odds of not knowing about Nazi's... pretty low, beyond just that even in SK it's covered some in school, you want me to believe that given all the Western Media that is popular in SK and that Nazi's are the bad guys in like half of it, they've never seen the Nazi swastika? Now the difference is it's not as forefront in their mind and they just don't register it probably.

Also... most idols basically stopped actually going to school when they were like 12, so the most educated bunch they are not.

For all that the companies are controlling and awful.... their bans on idol SM probably save a lot of careers, because if we've learned anything from how often even seasoned idols screw up on their socials.... half these groups would be shooting themselves in the foot left and right before they had the fanbase and success to overcome it.
