Tbh I don't think this is about her not knowing about the swastika but she probably wore it because it was Sid.

There was a show about The Sex Pistols last year and Louis Patridge played Sid. It flopped but a lot of teenage girls were romanticizing the hell out of Sid because they were fans of Louis.
