People always complain about the companies, but almost no group/soloist who leaves these mid-sized companies ends up in a better place. It's the nature of the market, there are probably 2 people in WJSN (Bona and Exy) who could possibly move somewhere else and feel confident that they might be okay, and even that might be high.
