JYP’s solo concert last night was a mess

Recommended Posts

  • My Everything changed the title to JYP’s solo concert last night was a mess

His singing was always that bad, he whispers for a reason.

Look at this:

When you are that self-absorbed... People still have doubts about him being a cult leader.

He needed to rest his voice and go soft when it was doing that bad, everything else was fine. I do think it’s not funny to be asking for other artists, whether you’re there for free or not, we don’t like that for any other artist, so why should be acceptable just because it’s jyp. Also it was rough but at least the dude was singing, it’s pointless to pay for a lip synced concert.

How much were they at the start?

I’m not sure, I think $80-125+?

I also just read that even after dropping the ticket prices they still couldn’t fill up the venue so they ended up just giving out free tickets to people on the street ☠️ Damn…

I think I read with ticket selling they were only able to sell 30% of them?

Yikes, that's rough.
Regarding his voice; It doesn't sound like lack of vocal ability but rather that he's sick or injured his vocal cords in some way.
That said, he probably should have cancelled or pushed back the concert until his voice recovered instead of subjecting people to this. I don't think a whole lot of people would've been upset by it.

I'm sorry . But I think the only reason anyone , and I mean ANYONE , would pay to go that dumpster fire by JayWhyPee would be too see how bad he fucks that shit up . The man has talent , I won't deny that . He also has passion for his work , which is commendable , ngl . But the man is married , has a daughter , and is in his 50's . Not saying he can't do what he wants , but his crusty musty dusty ass self needs to know that

1. He is overestimating his talent

2. He doesn't have no fans (The only reason people fuck with him is because he is a giant meme , and he has amazing artists under his company)

and 3. Nobody is going to his goddamn concert

Kpop standards got even lower, so I know what you mean. Poor JYP and his hundred of millions.

Still, some people sing and others lip sync for a reason. Self-awareness is a wonderful quality to have as an artist.

Having said that, no kpop fan actually cere about vocals, as long as they are "stable".
