LOONA's Hyunjin And ViVi File Injunction To Suspend Contracts With BlockBerry Creative

LOONA‘s Hyunjin and ViVi have also filed an injunction against BlockBerry Creative, meaning all members of LOONA have now filed.

According to an exclusive report from JTBC, Hyunjin and Vivi recently filed an injunction to suspend their exclusive contracts with BlockBerry Creative. This comes after the other nine members filed their injunctions back in November 2022. It has been noted by JTBC that both Hyunjin and ViVi are likely to win their injunction case as they have the same contractual terms as Heejin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry, who previously won their injunction.

However, BlockBerry Creative is currently attempting to restrict the entertainment activities for the aforementioned four members who won their injunction case, as well as Chuu who was removed from the group.

BlockBerry Creative has yet to comment on the report.
