as much as I'd love to see her reunite w i.o.i members, i don't want her in the black label unless they'd actually give her promotions and a decent amount of music

She should have left earlier.. They did her so dirty without a tour and refused to release a second part of her album

Sucks cause the company had potential in the beginning and actually promoted her well. Too bad greed got to them when they debuted other groups/nugu artists

I felt that at the beginning MNH used to promote Chungha better than Black Label promoted Somi, but something happened during the COVID global pandemic that made them fumble. 
Anyway hope Chungha gets a better agency - she's too hardworking and talented to not be in the spotlight. And hope MNH wises up and treat their remaining artists and trainees better.

They ran out of money. Honestly all but the big companies operate on a very tight margin, and a lot of the things that actually make money are in-person performances. Once COVID hit, all the expenses stayed the same, but the most profitable thing (domestic touring, events, etc.) went away. It's why a bunch of the smaller groups are disbanding recently, they got hammered by the COVID period.
