So what I've been gathering online is that ton's of hints were dropped in the Ditto MV + the Ban Heeso Youtube channel, and not just the choreography spoiler.

Haerin being called "Kitty Kang", Hyein asking where they sell glass slippers, Hanni having a new phone, etc. 

Then you have Minji being the leader of the group playing the doctor and controlling other things like at the end with "Time's up" and in the Attention snippet.

And lastly having Danielle trying to call them back to their senses.

This whole video basically explaining how fame/fandom can affect idol groups.
