bzz 1,238 Posted December 31, 2022 Share Posted December 31, 2022 Patama Leesawakditrakul, a member of the board of OCA (Olympic Council of Asia), revealed that IOC (International Olympic Committee) and OCA had discussed and agreed that Russia and Belarus, which had been banned by EOC (European Olympic Committee), might participate in Asian events for the qualification for the next Olympic Games in Paris in 2024. Athletes from the 2 countries may participate in the 19th Asian Games to be held next year in China but may not be qualified for any medal.
