Why was she NOT arrested???? WHY did the Korean Embassy NOT help them? That is a part of their job! They have to make sure Korean citizens abroad are safe and help them in dire situations. For instance, arranging travel back to their home country. The LA embassy and LAPD have a lot of explaining to do. Especially if they intentionally didn't help them.
