The government is all too happy to reap benefits from every idols suffering but never does anything for them. An independent institution has been long overdue from them, that would actively lookout for idols and look over their bs contracts.

This CEO must face consequences, attacking someone in the midst of an anxiety / panic attack could literally kill them.
