According to media outlet reports on October 11, Shinhwa member Hyesung (Jung Pil Kyo, 43) was found sleeping in an allegedly stolen vehicle, and also refused request by police to administer a breathalyzer test.

In the early hours of October 11, the Seoul Songpa Police Station received a report that a vehicle was parked in the middle of a road. The police soon arrived on the scene and discovered a man sleeping inside the vehicle, and requested that the man cooperate for a breathalyzer text. However, the man refused, and he was arrested on October 11 at 1:40 AM KST.

Once the man, whose identity was revealed as Shinhwa member Hyesung, was brought in, police further discovered that the vehicle he was in had been reported as stolen. The vehicle owner told the police, "I do not know this man,"when asked about their relationship to Hyesung.

Meanwhile, Hyesung was previously charged with driving under the influence once in April of 2007.

For a while now, Shinhwa has been known for managing to stay together (and successfully keep their group name) after leaving SM. They are also known for their bops.

BUT, the scandals are starting to pile up. Dude, why didn't you call a taxi??

I'm happy no one was hurt. I just wish people would arrange for a car pick up BEFORE they start to drink. So, reckless and ridiculous.

How did he manage to steal it while drunk? He has some crazy skills. Anyway, the list is getting longer:

Dongwan: Supported Isu, who was sentenced for soliciting prostitution with a minor

Andy: Gambling

Junjin: DUI

Hyesung: DUI 2x, Gambling

According to them, there was no valet that night, someone left their key in their car and he just jumped into it and drove off. They say that their CCTV footage confirms this and they submitted it to police.

so he was that drunk to commit grand theft auto.....oh he's finished.....

Oh, he's DONE done. Grand theft, drunk driving, and obstruction. Yeah, there's little to no way he comes back from this.

Why the fuck would he think lying was a good idea? Most restaurants would have a street view cctv.

He's fucked.

I didn’t know you could simply refuse a breathalyzer test

you can refuse since they obviously can't force you to, but that in itself is a disobedience offence (at the very least in my country, here it's also punished with prison time and a driver license suspension)
