[Pannchoa] ONF shows the advantages of all members enlisting at the same time

Aside from their only foreigner member, all 5 of them enlisted in December last year. 

Some time ago, they all performed together at Gyeryong-gun Culture Festival

 

And in October, we will be able to see all 5 on 6 of them together

The fans didn't like the fact that they had to go on hiatus, so even during their enlistment, they'll keep the fans busy for the entire month of October

(t/n: schedule of the 5 member of ONF from October 8th to October 22nd)

They'll be discharged next year in June

1. At this rate, isn't the member who's not enlisted the one on hiatus? ㅋㅋ

 

2. If they don't have much age gap between them, it should be fine

As a fan, while them being on hiatus for 2 years is sad, it makes sense given their popularity level + individual popularity to enlist all at once and get it out of the way. And releasing a mini album in August helped to tide fans over a bit more as well was really nice and smart (and I loved the mini). It's definitely not the same as them being not enlisted though.

I can see why popular groups don't do it though. There's more money to be gained by individual activities (and sometimes members don't want to sacrifice that way by enlisting together).

Poor Yuto, WM was betting on him making it to SMF, he did get invited to help someone but he said he was busy so maybe he's up to something rn...

Was thinking maybe they would have him do something with Chaeyeon since they're both well known for their dancing but we shall see...

Smart decision by them, this way their time isn’t wasted and its easier to get back in touch with your fans. Spreading out enlisting is honestly stupid af if you have other artists in your company who can tide the company over.

you know what, i never thought about maybe some idols actually look forward to their members enlisting so they can get some solo work
