TV personality Park Soo Hong was reportedly transported to the hospital after being assaulted by his father during his cross-examination at the prosecutor's office.

On October 4 at 10AM KST, Park Soo Hong was scheduled for a cross-examination with his brother, who was recently arrested on charges of embezzlement, at the Seoul Western District Prosecutor's Office. There, Park Soo Hong's father and brother were both in attendance.

According to a representative from Park Soo Hong's side, Park Soo Hong's father hit Park Soo Hong several times during the cross-examination, while saying threatening words such as "I will k*ll you with a weapon", and more. Police officers and an ambulance were quickly dispatched to the scene of the unexpected assault in the prosecutor's office. Park Soo Hong was then rushed to the hospital on the ambulance. Currently, the extent to Park Soo Hong's injuries is unknown.

Meanwhile, Park Soo Hong's brother was recently arrested for stealing millions of dollars from the Comedian/TV personality.

This is why people shouldn't be surprised that folks don't get along with their family. If he knows what's best for him he needs to disown both of them. It will sometimes be your own family that will backstab you before a stranger does.

I think it's too haste to judge the father. It must be a back story we have no clue on.

I've read a news of  a father hitting his son before police officer out of raging humiliation. The father was shocked when the police officer visited the house to arrest the son for fraud and hit the son hard multiple times.

In another news, the father reported himself of homicide, killing his own son out of desperate distress. The son has been long drug addicted and never cooperated with the rehab. To be worse, his mental condition deteriorated after years that he could control his emotion no more and started hitting his parents whenever they refused to give him money.

I dont think this is the same. It well reported that his family stole money from him. Not every parent loves their child unconditionally, that is the cruel reality.
