Last time Scientist's ranking was in the 70s and this new song also stopped rising halfway in the charts and has been dropping ever since

 

Isn't Twice considered a certified banger group?

 

The song is good this time, why are they not rising?

The song is a typical Twice song. I think it's normal for people to lose interest when you don't bring anything new. Especially now when new groups are appearing with a new sound.

I mean.. it's normal that new groups take over, I wouldn't say it's the end for Twice. Not every comeback has to be top1. They're doing good.. I hope they would release something similar from their ealier concepts

The upvote to downvote ratio of this comment... yeah the thread is skewed towards twice antis. Not sure why onehallyu keeps translating threads like these.

Maybe they aren't, maybe the negs are from people who think your logic is flawed? Pink Venom sounds like something straight out of a Random BP Song Generator. It's a typical BP song, it's not new. Yet it charted/is charting high.

The long-awaited SNSD cb isn't a very novel sound either. But it's long-awaited. And well promoted. Same with PV. That's what Twice needs if they really care about super hits rn, which I doubt. 

Since they aren't hot new rookies anymore, they can use the tactic of starving fans and then coming back with a bang but they'd rather keep their fans fed it seems. It'll prolly stay that way (?) since JYP believes in fandom>GP for longevity of the group.

As for them "not bringing anything new", yeah you probably weren't paying attention to their releases. It's okay.

so what about Pink Venom then? There's nothing "new" about the sound and sounds like any other typical BP song yet somehow it's charting. 

Besides they had a successful stadium tour this past summer, they're hardly even "over."

I personally dont like these two songs as much of their previous releases so I think their popularity hasn't changed at all it's just the songs

^I third this. BP hasn't put out anything that sounds new since D4 and yet people are out here talking about how "people will lose interest"

Twice has an objectively better song than "Pink Venom" but it's not TikTok friendly or formulaic, sooooo

Pannchoa know what they're doing, translation anti posts with less than 100 votes while ignoring a dozen positive trending posts over the last week, same user is posting them all here as well

Onehallyu loves only posting the negative knetz posts for bts and twice, a few weeks ago there were 3 knetz articles about bts enlistment- the same regurgitation- yet only the negative article got posted and not the 2 positive ones
